Music lessons inside a working recording studio and live album venue in Houston's Warehouse District. Every student's path leads to the same place: your own music, performed and recorded for real.
Your lessons happen surrounded by the same rooms, consoles, and microphones used for professional sessions — not a strip-mall practice cubicle.
The Way Up is a working live venue. Student showcases happen under stage lights, through a real PA, in front of a real audience.
The destination for every student: your own songs, captured live on our stage. It's the way musicians actually grow — by making music that counts.
"The best way to learn music is by making it."
Houston-based musician, producer, songwriter, and educator. Every path starts with a low-stakes intro session — meet Grayson, tour the studio, play.
